AuraServe Chat can prepare callback requests, consultation appointments, reservations or booking enquiries directly in the website conversation.

AuraServe Voice is not part of Chat Basic. It can be added from Chat Pro as a clearly scoped pilot or phone module.

All data is processed and stored on EU servers. A Data Processing Agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is included.
