AuraServe Chat – predictable base from €99 per month

AuraServe Chat is the starting point for businesses that want to respond to website inquiries, capture leads, and address recurring questions directly in the browser.

The Chat plans remain transparent: Chat Basic starts at €99 per month, Chat Pro starts at €199 per month, and Chat Premium starts at €499 per month. Voice is available from Chat Pro. For the Basic plan, we recommend starting with website chat and upgrading later.

AuraServe Voice – add-on or pilot

AuraServe Voice is an add-on or pilot and is not included in every Chat plan by default. It is available with Chat Pro and has its own operating factors, such as call forwarding, SIP, conversation minutes, testing, handovers, and possible integrations.

That is why Voice is offered as an add-on or a clearly limited pilot. Together, we define which calls should be handled, how many minutes are included, and when the team will take over.

AuraServe AI Bundle – Chat + Voice together

The AuraServe AI Bundle includes Chat and Voice. For businesses with many website and phone inquiries, a shared bundle is often the best option. AuraServe Chat remains the foundation, and AuraServe Voice adds the phone channel.

The bundle is based on Chat Pro at least and uses a shared knowledge base, consistent handover processes, and aligned lead capture. This is usually more efficient than two separate rollouts.

Why Voice is not simply included in Chat pricing

Voice is not simply included in Chat pricing because Chat and Voice solve related problems, but they operate differently. Website chat has different cost drivers than real telephony, such as conversation minutes, call routing, SIP connections, and live handovers.

If Voice were bundled into every Chat tier, basic Chat customers would overpay. Therefore, Chat Basic remains the entry point for website chat, and Voice is available as an add-on starting with Chat Pro.

What is always included

Regardless of the plan, every tier includes: GDPR-compliant operation, EU server hosting, Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under Art. 28, SSL-secured data transfer, and no third-party tracking.

We handle the setup entirely. You just need to provide your content; we will take care of training, integration, and testing.

How we recommend the right entry point

We recommend AuraServe Chat as the best first step for many businesses. Once missed calls, recurring phone questions, or calls outside business hours become relevant, we will evaluate Voice as an extension.

During the consultation, we clarify inquiry volume, common questions, technical requirements, and desired handovers. Then, we will recommend either a chat plan, a voice pilot, or a chat and voice bundle.
