AuraServe Pricing: Which plan fits your business?
AuraServe Chat is available in three plans — tailored to the needs of small businesses through to larger organisations. All plans include GDPR-compliant operation, EU hosting and a done-for-you setup within 48–96 hours.
Basic – from €99 per month
The Basic plan is suitable for smaller businesses that want to equip their website with an AI chatbot without a lot of administrative overhead. One-time setup fee: €299.
The Basic plan includes core functionality: automatic answers to customer questions based on your knowledge base, lead capture and monthly content updates.
Pro – from €199 per month
The Pro plan is designed for growing businesses with higher conversation volumes and a need for extended features. One-time setup fee: €699.
In addition to Basic, the Pro plan includes appointment booking support, webhook integration, an onboarding session and priority support.
Premium – from €499 per month
The Premium plan is designed for businesses that use the chatbot as a central element of their customer communication. One-time setup fee: €1,499.
Premium includes the full feature set: multi-step conversation logic, custom configurations, a dedicated contact person, SLA and strategic onboarding sessions.
Annual discount and contract terms
With annual billing you receive a 15% discount on the monthly rate. The minimum term is one month — you can cancel monthly.
Setup fees are charged once at the start of the project and are not tied to the monthly subscription.
What's always included
Regardless of plan, every tier includes: GDPR-compliant operation, EU server hosting, Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under Art. 28, SSL-secured data transfer and no third-party tracking.
The setup is handled entirely by us. You just need to provide your content — we take care of training, integration and testing.
Is the chatbot economically viable?
