What happens when the included minutes are used up?
Once your monthly minute quota is used up, additional minutes are automatically added. The price is €0.15 per minute for Voice Basic and €0.10 per minute for Voice Pro. Additional minutes only apply to the current billing period.
Do I need a new phone system for Voice?
In most cases, an existing call forwarding or SIP connection is enough. We review the setup based on your current phone system and give you an honest assessment. If needed, we also help set up a new number or SIP connection.
Can AuraServe Voice be used without Chat?
Yes. AuraServe Voice is a standalone product and can be booked without AuraServe Chat. You only book what you need — Chat from €99 per month, Voice from €149 per month, or both combined.
How quickly is AuraServe Voice ready to go?
It depends on scope. In many cases, the voice assistant is productive within a few days. We need a knowledge base with typical call intents, opening hours, contact details and handover rules. We handle the rest of the setup and test together with you.
Are the minutes per call or per month?
The included minutes apply per calendar month and reset automatically at the start of each billing period. Unused minutes expire at the end of the month. A typical call lasts 1–3 minutes.
